When you place an order on Instant Party Kit, we collect the information you enter in the order form: the child's name, party date, time, and address. This information is used solely to generate your personalized party printables.

If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond to your inquiry.

How We Use Your Information

Your order information is used exclusively to generate and deliver your party printable PDFs. We do not use your information for marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of what's needed to process your order.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the site to function (such as CSRF protection). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that track you across websites.

Data Retention

Order data and generated PDF files are retained for 30 days after purchase to allow for re-downloads, then automatically deleted. Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will remove your information within 7 business days.

Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for use by parents and guardians to create party materials. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. All order information is provided by the purchasing adult.
